So… everyone happy to have a wrecked bracket?
I sure am. There is nothing more fun than seeing those huge upsets in the first round — as long as it isn’t your team.
My theory that my picks would improve now without Pitt in the NCAA Tournament has been rather effectively destroyed. I’m way down on the list at 84th. My Final Four picks are still intact, but I’ve already lost 3 of 8 Elite Eight teams. I going to need a new “theory” to excuse this pathetic performance.
In the first round, there were a possible 320 points available. The initial leaders are D Morningstar Hook Shot, humza0822 6, and dbkohan 1 with 250 points. They are in the 99.3d percentile at the moment in the complete ESPN bracket challenge. Which is good enough to be 46,842 overall. But it is still wide open considering there were a couple Final Four teams eliminated from the entries.
K-State and Cuse kick off in a few minutes in Pittsburgh. Should be a good one.
these posts should be abought spring practice in football.
How does Duke look?
Mizzou? Stink.
WVUlgar? Stank.
ND? Stunk.
The brackets are about what happens when teams actually play. Think how bad college football would be if it used the BCS system. 8 teams would be granted license based on the color of their uniforms and a team from 20 years ago.
March Madness is sane. It is the BCS garbage that is maddening!
God Bless this tourney!
The recruiting failure caused a problem of proportions we will never know except a trashed 2011-2012 year. Perhaps Taylor would have have made the transition to college if he played his natural position. I think he would of at least surpassed Biggs as a PF. No one will argue Taylor had any sucsess offensively against big
Perhaps Khem would have stayed if he did not se the same fate for him that Taylor suffered.
Yes, Jeter would seem to be a good candidate but obviously not according to Dixon … of he would ave offered by now. I certainly don’t think Jeter is big strong enough right now for the 4 .. and not even sure he is 6’8 … more like 6’6 1/2
just my 2 cents
Still rooting for BE but I luv Georgetown losing to an ACC team … remember Chas telling us about the BE tourney when Hoya fans were chanting ‘NIT’ and Pitt fans responded with ‘ACC’
Even in down year, I expect BE to have 25% of the teams in Sweet 16
what is up with the lack of coverage.
