Pitts is a solid 3-star athlete. He plays running back, but could be moved to cornerback in time. At 5-11 and around 175 to 180 pounds he has versatility to play at either spot. He had offers from WVU, Maryland, Iowa and lllinois.

Hands and polished receiving skills may be his best asset; capable of lining up in the slot and creating mismatches versus less mobile and athletic linebackers. While a homerun threat at the high school level; his speed and elusiveness do not project as high at the major college level.
