By the time you read this I’ll have been in Pittsburgh for a while. At this point, I’ve probably been drinking a bit and just enjoying a beutiful day in Lot 23.
Comment are open, but keep it relatively clean.
I’ll be tweeting most of the day, and I’ve put a widget to accompany the open thread.
He just called Sunseri Stull a bunch of times.
And speaking of every Pitt fan’s favorite QB, he just threw his first TD!!
I might just crack a can of Miller Lite to start the festivities. Nothing fancy, but it’s what someone left in my fridge last weekend.
He just made another one, is he drunk? Hahaha
Hail to PITT!

Great win today Pitt! Why? 1-0 sounds better than 0-1.
Off to Buffalo….
O-line looked pretty good albeit against 1-AA, but as I said before, if they gel, we have a chance of having a good year. The one thing I noticed about Cignetti is that he stretched the field from sideline to sidelne … some of the passes were short but wide. I’m also glad to see Dickerson being used more, both as TE and H-back .. he has to present match-up problems due to his size and speed.
Finally, YSU’s best play was the deflected pass … although I thought both hit the ground (I’m biased)
As for Pitt, I agree that 1-0 sounds better than 0-1. Any thoughts on how Stull will play up in Buffalo. I am fearing the worse out of our qb play there.

NC St, WFU both lost at home, Duke losing to Richmond at home, and Virginia lost at home to Bill & Mary (lot worse than Cuse losing to Minn in OT) & Maryland likely to llose at Cal
After rough 1st halves, UL, USF & UConn appear to have things in order although its still 3rd quarter
Note that Paul Rhoads won his debut vs N Dakota St 34-17
