I need a laugh and the Rice Owl Mascot provides it by being ejected from last night’s Tulane-Rice game.
Watch at about the 1:40 mark you can see Sammy put his head into Curtis Shaw’s.

Anyone see PSU’s football schedule for next year. I can see why they won’t schedule Pitt, they already have too many whoppings powerhouses on the schedule. With Temple, Syracuse, Akron, and Eastern Illinois as non-conference games, you can’t take on a decent team. What a freaking joke.

JoPa-thetic at it again with another pansy schedule for his thugs at State Penn.
12-0! Go PITT!!

Gordon is visiting Kansas this weekend, and from what I read, unless he is completely blown away there, he will sign with Pitt.

You’re sister must be proud of Alma Mater (one of ’em, anyway), Chas. Or did you not show this to her, yet?

The appearance is there that JoePA is really consumed by his battle with Bowden…There is just no other explanation for two straight years of horribly weak non-con scheduling.

PSU has been doing it for years and years. Absolutely pathetic.

Scout has that Shane Gordon kid listed as a 3-star ILB, #38 in the country. He’s 6′, 220 and had offers from Kansas, Auburn, Ole Miss, SC, USF and Syracuse.
For what it’s worth, scout currently ranks Pitt’s class as #28.

Since our frontcourt depth is almost nonexistent, doesn’t Jamie have to consider using Dwight Miller especially since this team has a chance to go realy far? I’m not implying that he would be dominant, but a few more rebounds and especially more inside defense may well make a difference in a couple of games.
